There are three ways to add workouts to your Favorites list.
Option 1
In the Library, tap Favorite Workouts, then tap Add. From there, you can create a workout from scratch.
If you do not have any saved workouts yet, the Favorite Workouts section will not appear in the Library. In that case:
Open the Library
Tap “+” in the upper right corner
Select Workout
Option 2
Open a workout and tap the … menu in the top right corner of the workout screen. Then tap Favorite.
You can also do this after completing your session.
Once saved, your workouts are available anytime in your Library.
Set Your Preferred Workout Variation
Make sure to select your preferred variation for favorite workouts.
You can do this in:
Fitness Plan > Favorite Workouts Variation
orLibrary > Favorite Workouts > the first tile at the top
Variation Options
Variable Structure
The exercises and their order remain the same, but the number of sets, reps, and set types may vary based on your general workout settings.
Fixed Structure
The exercises, their order, and the number of sets remain the same, but reps and weights may vary to apply progressive overload.
Static
The workout is always generated exactly as you originally saved it.
