There are two ways to add workouts to your Favorites list.
Open your Favorites and tap Add. From there, you can create a workout from scratch.
Or:
Tap the bookmark icon in the top right corner of the exercise screen. You can do that after completing your session, too.
Once you save workouts, you can find them anytime in your Favorites. Every time you start one of these, you'll have two options for weights:
Existing - use the same weights as when you saved the workout.
Recommended - go with weights that our AI will adjust based on your recent lifts.

Not only can you replay these sessions whenever you like, you can even use them when creating a custom split.
