Want to do add some extra Cardio or more Exercises - Here's how

There are different situations where you might want to add something to your workout.

You just opened it and feel like adding some Cardio to the mix? 🏃🏼‍♀️
Or perhaps you just finished your last set and realize there is more stamina left in you and you'd like to challenge yourself with some crunches. Either way, no problem!

  • Tap the ➕ button on the workout screen.

  • Search for the desired exercise or type it out.

  • The selected exercise will be added to the end of your workout.

💪 Gravl Tips:

The easiest way for adding Cardio is to search for it by Category.

You can also select two exercises at a time and use the "Group as" button to create a superset.
