Not finding the perfect muscle split in our Routine library?
Why not create your own?
Simply open your Fitness plan in the upper right corner on Home
Tap Routine > Custom.
Here you can select which muscles to target in each of your sessions. Our algorithm will take care of the exercises selection within your new split.
For example, if you want to create a 3-days split consisting of
Chest/Biceps/Forearms/Abs
Back/Trapezius/Triceps
Quads/Hamstrings/Calves/Shoulders
this is how:
Open Fitness plan
Tap Routine
Tap Custom routine
Tap +
Tap Muscles
Select Chest, Biceps, Forearms and Abs
Tap Save
Repeat the steps above for the remaining two sessions and tap Select.
Want even more control? Use your saved workouts instead of selecting the muscles to build a routine with specific exercises.
