If you're not feeling today's workout and want to skip to the next one, just tap the "Skip" button and then confirm. This will generate the next workout based on the progression of your plan. Keep in mind you can't return to the previous workout once skipped.
💪🏽 Gravl Tip:
Let's say you download the app on a Friday and select the Push-Pull-Legs split. You don't want to start with Push because that's usually your Monday's workout? Simply use "Skip" to start with Pull or Legs instead. 😉
