Stretching exercises are a series of targeted movements designed to help your body cool down, improve mobility and blood circulation, and speed up recovery.
Gravl’s stretching routines are specifically created to complement your workouts by focusing on the same muscle groups you just trained.
How to enable stretching exercises
Navigate to your Fitness plan.
Toggle the switch to enable stretching exercises.
Once activated, the stretching routine will appear at the top of your workout screen.
You can also add stretching when creating a one-off workout by tapping the "..." in the upper right corner and selecting "Add stretching".
How to start the Stretching
Go to your workout screen, where you will find the stretching exercises listed at the bottom.
Tap on them to begin and just follow the instructions.
