Warmup exercises are a series of targeted movements designed to prepare your body for the physical demands of your upcoming workout. These exercises are specifically designed to complement your workout by targeting the same muscle groups that will be engaged during your lifting session. By activating these muscles beforehand, you improve blood flow, enhance mobility, and ensure a smoother, more effective workout.

How to enable Warmup Exercises

  • Navigate to the advanced settings of your Fitness plan.

  • Toggle the switch to enable warmup exercises.

Once activated, the warmup routine will appear at the top of your workout screen.

How to Start the Warmup

  • Go to your workout screen, where you will find the warmup exercises listed at the top.

  • Tap on them to begin and just follow the instructions.
