Log Your Past Workouts

Let's show you how to save your workouts on dates other than today

Who says time travel isn't possible? ⏱ With Gravl, you can save your past workout if you forgot or weren't able to log it during the session.

The first thing you need to do is recreate the workout you want to log. To do that, follow these steps:

1. Tap "Empty" on the Home page (scroll down to "Feeling like something different?" and then scroll right to "Empty"
2. Add exercises
3. Start the workout
4. Enter the reps and weights and log all the sets you did (Tip: you don't need to wait for the rest timer - you can simply tap on the set numbers)
5. Tap Finish

6. Lastly, on the Save Workout screen tap on the date and choose when your workout happened.

That's it! And Einstein said it can't be done! 🙄
