Feeling spontaneous? Design a unique session in no time.

Wanna shake things up for a day? With our one-off Custom workout option, you can (temporarily 😉) ditch your routine and create a workout that just feels right in the moment. Here's how:

On the Home page:

  • Tap Custom

  • Now, what kind of workout are you craving today? Let us know what you're looking for:

    • Workout split: pick from our Library of predefined splits, let our AI optimize one for you (it will prioritize your best-rested muscles), or go completely wild and choose your muscle groups in Custom.

    • Duration: short and sweet or long and sweaty?

    • Goal: Choose between four fitness goal options. Not sure what to select? No worries, help is HERE 😉!

    • Exercise Variety level: want to do something totally new or keep things familiar?

    • Supersets - yes or no?

  • Once you've made up all your choices, tap Create Session and watch our AI create your workout obeying all your wishes. ✨

💪🏼Gravl Tip:

Already know exactly which exercises you want to do? Sure thing! Instead of tapping "Custom" on the Home page, tap "Empty" and build your workout from scratch.
