Curious about your upcoming sessions? Here's how to take a look

If you want to check out your upcoming workouts, it's easy to do that.

Tap the "Upcoming Workouts" tile and you'll see:

  • The remaining workouts of the week based on your weekly goal.

  • Your weekly goal (you can also edit it by tapping on it).

  • The number of sessions you already completed this week.

💪🏾 Gravl Tips:

  • Once you hit your weekly goal, the app won't show any more upcoming workouts. Of course, this doesn't mean you can't do more. Your next workout is generated on Home based on your chosen split.

  • However, the workouts for next week will be generated next Monday.

    Gravl only shows you one week at a time because your next week's plan will partly depend on what you log this week.
