All of our subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google Play so you'll need to request a refund from them directly. However, this is a quick process and the money should be refunded back to your purchasing card.

Requesting a refund will immediately cancel your subscription, but don't worry all of your data will be saved and you can easily subscribe (for example to a different plan) at any point.

Requesting a refund via the Google Play store must be carried out within 48 hours of subscribing.

Request a refund through Apple

  1. Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".

  2. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

  3. Choose the app, subscription or other item, then choose Submit.

Request a refund through Google Play

  1. At the top right, click your profile icon.

  2. Select Payments and subscriptions > Budget and order history.

  3. Find the order that you want to return.

  4. Select Request a refund or Report a problem.

  5. Choose the option that describes your situation.

  6. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.

  7. You'll get a message that says 'Thank you for sharing your concerns'. You'll also receive an email with a refund decision.
